Point 1 of the succes.
- You have to start control your eating.
-You have to eat everyday at the same time, this is gonna help to your metabolism. You are gonna ask me how ? Its simple when you dont eat often and everytime you are eating at different time your body starts to "collect fat", cuz your system dont know when you are gonna "give to him" food again. Thats a simple example how the fat goes over and over.
- Do not eat anything with alot of calories afrer 6 pm/18:00 only light food. Do not eat sweet! When you take alot of calories right before going to bed, you will not have time to burn them and they are going to reduce into fat.
- Try to eat only diet bread, kick out the withe bread.
- Try to ignor carbonic and alcoholic drinks.
This things are a good basic for the beggining, do not make diet without food.
-Start running, you dont have to run like everyday 10 miles. Start from no big distance, just run. Do not take a brakes from 2 or more days without running. If you run 3-4 times a week on empty stomach, im preaty sure that you will get a good performance. Do not give up, you need realy to want it and be high motivatet to score your goals.
-Train your abs 3 times a week, do not train them everyday. You are gonna ask why ? It simple, do you train everyday your back or your chest when you go to gym ? NO. The ABS are muscle too, they need a rest. Muscles grown up when they rest, cuz when you are training you are damaging them. At youtube you can find a great 8 minutes abs work out, start from the first level. At the begining you will not do it all, just take bigger brakes.
